Aurelius
Daniel María López Gallego grew up among mountains full of coffee landscapes. He was a man so strong and resistant to changes that he crossed with character and heroism during all the facets of his life. From Santuario, Risaralda, Aurelio carries an innate courage in his essence and a strong temperance to achieve with discipline and love the dreams of seeing a family grow always united in the joy of a warm home.
From a very young age, he embarked on his own to create a coffee-growing family. His heart was always with Olga and together they built this love for the life of coffee, their children, flowers, and nature. After the first attempt to build a peaceful home, the violence of the time forced this family to take another direction to start over at Finca Buenos Aires.
The Combia family took root and gave rise to this fruity and intense coffee. After many moons and happy moments, Aurelio's vision is still preserved and flourishes with a new generation of coffee growers.
