SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide through Servientrega. We reserve the right to change the shipping company if we find a faster and more efficient method that does not represent an additional cost for the customer.

Delivery time for coffee, merch and preparation methods can take between 2 days in the city of Pereira and 4 business days for the rest of the country.

We will send the tracking number corresponding to the shipment to your email, so you can check the status of your order. If you have any questions or comments about the order, write to us at combiamountaincoffee@gmail.com from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

WARRANTY

If you have any problems receiving the products, please write to us with the details of the purchase and the problem (including supporting photographs) to combiamountaincoffee@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving the order.

CHANGE

If you have any problems with the products, you must send us the data and details of the problems with the purchase (attaching photographic support) to the email combiamountaincoffee@gmail.com within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving the delivery.

Once we receive notification by mail, we will review the case to respond to your request as soon as possible.

REFUND

Refunds will be made after the case has been reviewed and in accordance with the refund policies of our payment platforms.

PAYMENT METHODS

All purchases made at www.combiamountaincoffee@gmail.com">www.combiamountaincoffee@gmail.com will be processed through the Mercado Pago platform, with the payment methods enabled by it such as credit card and PSE among others.
